has posted that Morgan Rogers has signed a six-year contract with Chelsea. As widely reported, the England star is set to transfer to the Blues from Aston Villa for £117 million.
What's more, Romano has indicated that Roma have submitted a third official bid for West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville worth €47 million plus add-ons.
